Ride rite warning
I installed ride rites kit 2480 on my 2010 F150 Screw max tow and the factory bump stops bent the brackets for the air bags so bad I had to take them off. I called them and they said they would replace the parts but there on backorder and it might be a couple months untill I get the parts.
The tech said they have never had a complaint before and the instructions do say you can use the bump stops. I wonder if something is different on the newer trucks. I don't know my build date but the window sticker had a date of 3-5-10 under convoy so that might be ship date?
Anyone know if there is a difference?
I also just ordered Bilstiens and I hope they will fit.
