Injector fuel lines
I'm getting close to putting my IP back on and I'm wanting to know if you can use flex lines for the injectors?
I'm only asking cause the PO of the truck broke two lines and tried to make his own...needless to say they look like crap and leak...so I don't really want to bend all new lines
Tell me what you guy's think about this.

You need to use the OEM lines. They are all the same length so fuel delivery is the same to each cylinder. The flex line will expand and not deliver the correct amount of fuel to thoes cylinders. You can get new lines here 7.3 L Ford Diesel Fuel Injectors Fuel Pumps Accessories at a pretty good price, or visit wrecking yard would be cheaper.

No, You cannot use flex lines or anything other than REAL injector lines ...
Injector lines are balanced, same length, material, size etc... to keep timing predictable.
Best thing to do would be get a set from a Salvage Yard or purchase new ones for $50 or so each. Don't forget to grab (if missing) the clamps, they are important.
-Enjoy
