Well, it looks like someone installed a lift and did not extend the driveshaft. If the splines are still tight, you can have the drive-shaft extended. But, the splines are probably worn. In that case....you should probably have the shaft rebuilt.
Did you not ask at one time about divorced transfer cases? Do you know that this transfer case that you have a pic of is the most desirable case available?
Did you buy a truck already?
This pic is of a 10 spline shaft that has reached its limit. It appears to be a 1330 joint and unfortunately the splines are so dirty, that I cant see this thing working well.
That thing is nasty. It could use some help, and it could use a longer driveshaft.
No i didnt ask about divorced transfer cases, but i did know that is the most desirable t-case ever built and I heard they were absolutely bullet proof too. What i was wondering is where and how much can i get a longer driveshaft?
