I have put 2 new calipers on my right rear and it doesnt lock up anymore but it still has the smell of burning brakes anytime I drive. It's not the parking brake because I took those pads off on the right side to be sure that wasn't it. Anybody have a suggestions for what else it might be? is there some kind of adjustment I can make?
It's the flexible rubber line that goes between the brake line that runs along the frame to the "tee" fitting on top of the differential. They have been known to deteriorate on the inside and collapse and trap pressure on the caliper causing it to continue to apply a small amount of pressure on the pads making them get hot.

Is that hose something I can get from autozone or something I would have to get from ford?
Definetly the rubber hose. Replace them on each side if your caliper has seized up and boiled the brake fluid.
I think yall are talking about two different rubber hoses. On my truck there is one short one on each side coming off the caliper then turns into metal tube which goes into a "t" on top of the dif. There is one rubber hose coming off of this "t". Which one is the problem one?

The rubber hose leading from the calipers into a junction with a braided metal brake line.
Another way to check is.. if the caliper is stuck, loosen the bleeder valve. If the caliper does not release then the brake line is most likely the cause. Especially if you know the slide pins are OK.
So does the line have to be ordered from ford or is there a way to just replace the rubber part without replacing the fittings. Sorry, I haven't had time to look at it closely.

The rubber hose coming off the "T"
is probably the axel vent hose.

On my truck there are actually 2 rubber hoses coming off the t on my truck. One is the axle vent hose and the other is the brake line heading towards the front of the truck
