i wanted to call and report it to the sheriff's office today, but never got around to it. i may try over the weekend. i'm curious to see if they would be pro-active enough to try to set this guy up or not.
My 04 EB came with 2 tone seating and the quad captains chairs. However that 2 tone is much darker than mine. Mine is also white, so perhaps it's not factory leather?
Two tone seats in an '02 would be for the Limited Ultimate package, which also got the full exterior paint in one color (body color cladding). I believe it was the top of the line model at the time as it had most of the options standard. Then in 2003 they switched everything around and the two tone seats became EB and the two tone exterior became EB too. Then they made all the monotone colors Limited only. I don't believe there was a Limited Ultimate in 2003, though I may be wrong.
2004/2005 had tu-tone interior and I don't believe that the colors were different since I looked at both when shopping for mine. The second row captains chairs were an option for 2004. Ford offered three choices that year. Limited was all one color, EB which was the beige and the EXT that had the gray skirting.
well, I had an 02 limited, an 03 limited, and now an 05 EB....
From the factory, the two tone was an EB only option....
I liked the black single color leather, but when I finally decided to trade to get the last of the breed 05, Eddie Bauer's were all that were left...
Has every option my limited's had,
but two tone interior and exterior including arizona beige honeycomb grill....
nope,
for what it is worth, I KNEW I only wanted 2nd row captains and so my 02 and 03 had the 2nd row "captains", now my 05 has the 2nd row bench...
and, honestly, I like the 2nd row bench better and all my passengers seem to agree...
Those that rode in both (and me) think the bench is a more comfortable seat...
at least on my 2 Ex's, the 2nd row is not a nice captain chair like the fronts....
and, the bench does have a nice 12-14 inch wide armrest in the middle that folds down when less than 3 are sitting there...
