Clutch Freeplay
I have no clue but my '59 F100 with 3-Speed Standard keeps getting hard to shift after 30 mins on the road. It looks as if the freeplay adjustment is correct but after about 20-30 minutes of driving the pedal freeplay is less and less to the point where I can't put it in gear. If I leave it over night and start it up in the morning, the freeplay is ok and I can select gears while the engine is running. Anyone know what could be wrong?

It has a hydraulic clutch, right? Have you checked the fluid level? I don't think you can even adjust the freeplay at the pedal. It sounds like you have air in it or not enough fluid (kind of the same thing).

Air changes volume significantly with heat, fluid doesn't. Try bleeding it. It's also important to make sure the clutch M/C piston is coming all the way back when the pedal is up; if it doesn't, it can't get any additional fluid.
