I take the miles driven on that tank and divide it by the gallons used to fill it back up all the way.

I'm sure mine will be lousy now that my Stage I's are in cause I can't keep my foot out of it!!!

Geez, I've never heard of anyone getting a 6mpg increase from a Downpipe and a Intake.
I maybe got 2mpg after mine, with no cat, no muffler, and 4" exhaust.

I changed mine after about 15k miles or so. Really wasn't very dirty at all, but felt that I should.

It depends on what conditions you drive in also. If you are in a very dusty area you might need to change it more often.
