Another WWII military truck
Today I went to a guy's, Paul, to pick up an intake for my 292. He has a military truck just like what Fighter-of-Wars shows below, though in rougher condition, but not terrible. I would guess it to be a 43 or 44. The county is putting a lot of pressure on him to get rid of all the cars that are on the property. Please note it isnt mine, and I have no hidden interests. Send me a PM and I'll let you know his email address.
Some of the features: No parking lights, headlight guards, crank out windshield with overhead wipers, front hood latch didnt have the two wings on each side, round gauges, no spears, army green paint with remnants of Army green seat cover. Dont know what engine it had, it is gone.

The engine was the 226 flathead 6 and the 4 speed trans. It would be a 1 1/2 ton truck. These trucks had two fuel tanks, the one under the seat and one on the driver side on the frame. The fuel gauge had a **** beside it to where you could switch the gauge to the different tanks. These trucks are very neat and have many little things here and there that are different from the civilian versions.
I hope that it gets picked up by someone and not scrapped.
