Does it run and perform as it should once it does start? Fuel pressure problems are typically noticed in performance long before they keep the truck from starting.
The IAC cleaning is a good suggestion. Just don't clean it with anything that isn't safe for factory sealed throttle bodies and O2 sensors. If that doesn't work, once it is running and up to operating temp, run KOEO and KOER tests. If there is something causing it to misfire at start up, it is probably NOT going away just because the truck started.
