Truck rims

I have a 77 f250, i was wondering if 15" rims will fit on it? I have 16" rims on it right now. Wondering if they will fit over the drums and what not.

yes they did depending on the size of the brakes. i remember back in the day tons of guys bought 15x8 8lug wheels and put them on the 3/4 and heavier trucks to save money on tires.

Ford did not offer 15" wheels for any 1953/96 F250.

I have actually found that that lately 16 inch tires are alot cheaper then 15 inch in a lot of cases because the new junk on the road are running 16 inch. Just a thought.

If i remember right, they wont clear the front calipers unless you have an ungodly amount of offset.
