OK, looking at your profile, you've got a 2007 with a 4.6L.
I'm gonna assume it's a 2V PI head engine. Those are the same identical heads and camshafts that were used in the Mustang, Crown Vic, and every other vehicle that Ford put the 2V 4.6L in.
The biggest thing you can do is to regear the rear axle. IMO-the 4.6L trucks should have a 4.10 in them at a minimum. A good PCM tune with a flash tuner will also work wonders for power output and putting that power to the ground.
What exactly are you gonna do with the truck? What are your goals for "power"?

and play it sounds good now I want it to back it up I dont have a lot of money for the build about 2500 give or take
The biggest bang for the buck will be gears, higher stall torque converter and a good tune. You'll knock a good 1/2 second or more off the et's with that.Being an '07-you should have the better low-profile plastic intake manifold-it's basically the same as the Mustang piece and flows really good for more N/A applications. The heads flow good enough for moderate power levels-you just need to get the engine into it's powerband quicker. I assume this is a 2WD truck we're talking about? What cab configuration, etc? Do you have a problem with running premium fuel all the time?
