e99 OBD II question

I have 2 e99 engines. ! valve cover (black info label) says: OBD II exempt. The other says : meets OBD II requirements (green info label). Do I need to be concerned about these 2 different e99 motors???

One is my parts truck mtr and the other truck is going to be my daily driver. Both are e99's. I was wondering why one valve cover stated one thing and the other stated something else. The mtr that currently in the daily driver is bad(#5=150lbs). The parts truck mtr I'm not sure(152Kmiles), never heard it run.

Is 1 a 250, and the other a 350 or something like that...???...it may take a bit more info...manufacture dates, that kind of thing...1 may have been built in 6/98, and the other in November...there may be some differences...

that is a bit strange but I'll tell you that my E99 reads just fine and so does my wife's 95 Windstar and ODB wasn't supposed to be a standard until 96 so I doubt there will be problems. just my 2 cents.

The black sticker mfg date is Oct 6,'98 . The green sticker mfg date is April 16,'98. Both of these trucks are F250's. I was hoping someone knew the differences between these 2 trucks.

My OBDII scanner reads absolutely nothing on my E99 F450.
