Go to Napa, I think they repackage Gates belts. Keep in mind, this is a regularly replaced maintenance item, splitting hairs on best brand isn't the point. Regular maintenance and replacement is. I replace mine every two years during 'spring' maintenance cycle.

I have had good luck with Good Year, the dealer I go to replaces mine about every two to three years, under warranty. He said on the first one it's warrantied for life, so when it gets cracks, he gives me a new one, no cost.
