I guess that post does make it sound like I think they suck.. Nah, they don't suck, they increase airflow plain and simple which adds power but I know they're prone to leaking which is no beuno in anyone's book.

install, run, cool down, tighten, run, cool down, tighten, good too go, check every once in a while, done

i still like the truck, and cheapies leak if not watched, and always buy good gaskets

Biggest thing with headers is don't cheap out, look for headers with ATLEAST 1/2" thick flanges and preferbly 5/8"
