Body related parts shown in illustrations have a 5 number or 5 number + 1 letter basic part number. When the number is complete, two additional numbers precede the 5 numbers (5 numbers, one letter).
The first two numbers are related to the body style. Will usually begin with 81 for cab parts, 83 (Flareside) or 99 (Styleside) for bed parts.
Since COAB-6423240-B fit passenger cars originally, 64 is the body style for a two door sedan.
