it lives

my flathead was rebuit 20 years ago by my bro. merc crank, board 30 over. then it sat til this weekend when i decided it was time for it to run.
it fired right up the timming was even cose enough that she was smooth.
what a great sound. its kinnda sad he never got to run it or finish the truck
i have a pic of him in it from 1976 when he was 17 he drove this truck every day till 86

Hey, it runs, has good brakes and good grounds, all it needs is a coat of paint and you are all set! (unless you are sitting on one of the dining room chairs when you drive like alot of us have).

dining room chairs ??? i used milk crates and " seatbelts ' made of rope .............. must be something we do here in the corn fields ......................
