03 F250 PSD Filter

OK so the main frame fuel filter water drain rounded out,what's the best way to remove? Will replace with the newer type. Thanks Jerry

Some folks have had success w/ epoxy'ing an allen wrench in the rounded hole. Others have tried the "screw extractors".

Some have used a sacraficial alan wrench with jb weld to get it out.

Probably a screw/bolt extractor. If you get a large enough one it may fit into the rounded out hole.

Got the old brass drain out, new plug is steel. A better ideal maybe. Thank Jerry

I have a set of extractor only around 1 1/2" long and you use 1/2" wrench on it,of course had to swing front drive shaft out of way so I could tape in with hammer. It was really tight should only be about finger tight.
