A newbie in the SD forum brought up a post that was originally started back in 06 about an Edge tuner for a 6.0. I saw a post from 6L PWR on that thread. That was a member who was probably the biggest reason I had PMS and it's depressing to see that he has "retired" plastered all over his profile and by his avatar.
Everyone please join me in a to 6L PWR for without him, y'all wouldn't be dealing with me in the same way that you all enjoy now.
I agree Evan - he was one of the early members who really made a difference on these forums. He tried a bunch of things, shared his knowledge, and many of us learned a bunch from him. I am sorry that he (and quite a few others like him) are not posting here anymore!

Looks like you also want Montaineer to have a retired status also.

Him and Blackhat were the two biggies when I was just starting out here. 6L PWR was more of the mod guy though. Blackhat was the straight arrow stock guy(atleast that's what I took him being from his posts).
Todd's first motor went out in spectacular fashion.
He wasn't afraid to push it, that's for sure.
I remember his story about how he lost his oil pump .... because he didn't have a shut off for the NOS IIRC. It was a story that made an impression on me for sure!
Sure did, but I didn't put your name in a disclaimer statement for everyone to see!
You have to understand Tex people are very passionate about their trucks just like you. Mine still put's a smile on my face and I'll smoke the dodge boys every chance I get, however having said that I will always call a spade a spade and report my personnel experience here. Which means I will call the 6.0 psd out based on my experience.

The thing that I don't do, or atleast I have no memory of doing, is blatantly saying someone's posts are ignorant and/or crappy. I may think it at times, but that's a line I very well try very hard not to cross. I may strongly disagree with you, but I'll do my best to give the "reasons" why I think they way I do, not just call "you" posts ignorant and/or crappy even with reasons.

I also enjoyed Beachbumcook's contribution here. I have to give him credit for the maintenance and the antifreeze filter recommendations and pictures were really good and convincing. He was really on top of the 6.0 psd issues and brought alot to the table here.

Like I said Tex, people are passionate about their trucks and will use various means to attack, defend, state their position and/or belief. You have to be above this and know when to walk away.

Oh yes, his oil related threads are very informative.
