Fuel Bowl Plug O-ring's

Any one no what the # or what size orings go on the 2 3/16 fuel bowl plugs. I want to change them when I change my filter next time(soon). If you know what size for all of the orings I can use that also. I just fixed the drain lever this week and thought about pulling the bowl and replacing all of the Orings.

When my drain valve went bad, I ordered Guzzle's fuel bowl O-ring kit from Riffraff. It had all the O-rings in it: Riffraff Diesel: Complete Fuel Bowl Seal Kit

I know you already did the drain valve, but this kit will have all the stuff you need

#4 O-ring boss. Should be the size for all the O-rings (not the vibra-loc stuff), the lines that feed the engine are 1/8NPT.

You should have two plugs on the rear, as you can see, I use one to feed the engine.

Take a look at Guzzle's PDF for rebuilding that fuel bowl.

He's also a good source for the o-rings necessary to do the job.

Yep, I have a #4 O-ring boss -->> #6 JIC adapter in the picture for the feed of my fuel manifold. (I'm pretty sure for this application an AN-04 would work also) The other plug located closer to the top is the same. I just bought a supply of O-rings from and online vender (Vioton), so anytime I have to replace a failed Buna or Buna-N, it's with a Vioton.
