X3 arrived
Well the X3 arrived at the house and I'm still on the road. This weekend I'll put the 87 performance/tow on and see how it handles on Monday. 15K# should tell me how it feels for a 450 mile trip. I know after 85K miles on the truck how stock feels. I'll give the towing update on Tuesday.
I'd put the 89 performance/tow octane on the truck but want to see how the 87 responds, seeing that's all the truck has drank.

I got mine a few months ago and immediately noticed an increase in performance (the motor revs faster and smoother)with the 87 Performance tune plus the tranny shifts much better than stock.... It does so well with the 87 tune I have not tried the 93 tune... As for gas mileage I haven't seen much difference either way...

I have loaded the 87 performance/tow and the difference is noticeable. The acceleration lag when you press down on the gas pedal is gone. I don't think the engine revs any higher than normal. The shifting is really smooth, I had to watch the RPMs to actually see it shift. The tires easily want to spin now causing that BSEG

I could only imagine having the truck with 92/93 tune it really must put some pep in the step

I have the trailer loaded with the skid steer and diamond plate ready to go tomorrow will see how the truck performs.
