running lean and knocking code?

I have an 03 f-250 with the 5.4. I have superchips programmer that i checked my codes on and it says that my left bank has a knock sensor and that it is running lean. It does it whether i run the 91 octane in performance and 87 octane in normal. What should i check or do.

Post the actual fault codes.

Better yet, plug them into the SEARCH tool and see if they have been previously discussed. You can usually find your answer that way.
