I'm itching for a 4x4 5-Speed truck... Got a great deal on my 2wd auto when I bought it but really wish I had a 4x4 Manual trans truck.
Sorry, I'm sitting around my house after dental surgery on heavy pain killers right now... Just wishing I had waited for a 4x4 5-speed when I was truck shopping a year and a half ago.
I have a '88 F350 back home with the 7.3 IDI that's 4x4 5-speed that I could swap all the parts over to mine to make it that way. But it's a lot of work. Wish I could just start over again with a different PSD.
Probably too bad azz for him to trade me. With my half paint job, and my not stellar interior.
Carpet is shot, back power windows don't work, only 3 of the power locks work...
I do have 80k less miles on mine than he has. And less than 20k on my trans.

I left a reply for him though, so who knows...
Brownie, on the power window thing. I had the same issue and it was getting really frustrating. All power goes through the master window control switch first (driver side). I tore that sucker apart, yes it can be done and I'm good at those things. The contacts inside there are tini-tiny and I can tell you there is no way to clean them up, all green corrosion.. Being the cheap sob guy I am I searched the internet for months and the only hit I had was some guy that just pulled one from a junk yard and wanted $44 it with no warranty because he had no way to test it. I finally bit the bullet and went to Ford dealer and got the entire master switch (new) for $57.
