You can buy just the steering coupler's (rag joint) rubber from an autoparts store (as ppl have pointed out), but it can be a bear to install.

C5TZ3A525A .. Steering Coupler / The larger pin is .41" O.D. / Obsolete

Fits: 1965 F100/250 2WD / 1966 F100/250 2WD before serial number 900,001.
