Fuel filter problem

Fuel filter problem

This may seem easy.............but I removed the two metal clips from the fuel filter..............pulled, but the two fuel hoses will not let go.
What do I have to do?

Where is the fuel pump relay????

look in your owners manual it will tell you the location and show you a pic of which relay, the relay is in a black covered box under the hood.

You don't have to relieve the fuel pressure to change the filter.You're going to get the same gas spillage at the same pressure,relieving the pressure or not.I've been changing these Ford style filters since the late 90's and have it down to 5 minutes or less.
