tamper proof bolts

how can i get the stupid bolts out that hold the top of my 96 bronco on? has anyone done this? i need any kind of ideas!!! thanks

T-40 Tamper-proof Torx bit available at Autozone, Napa and several other retailers or you can very carefully use a punch and break out the center pin on the bolts and use a standard T-40 Torx driver.
