how do i repair stripped starter bolts cheap

Drill it out and tap it to the next size up or drill it and insert a helicoil would be two options.

You only have a few options, fill, drill, and tap with aluminum, Time Sert (Best IMO if done correctly) or Heli-Coil. I have done all these.

There are several others on the market lately. Permatex, Lock-Tite, etc. I have no experience with these.
