What part do I need?

So I got my truck running. Turns out that the POS CPS by BWD won't even let it start. Got one from international and had her runnin shortly. I did notice a small bit of smoke coming out from the engine though. On the driver's side valve cover there is another small cover that has a hose running to the intake tube. The smoke is seeping out around that small cover. What is this called? I expect I need a new gasket for it huh? I just need to know what to ask for. I'm almost there thanks to yall. A little more help and I may have it whipped.

Also could this leak cause a low rpm rough idle or minor power loss?

I believe you are talking about your ccv which is your crankcase vent. It vents the oil vapors back into your intake. I think there are two orings on the underside of it but am not 100% so someone else will have to confirm that. And no i dont think that will cause a rough idle or minor power loss. This might also be a good time for a ccv mod if you want which basically means you just vent those vapors through a hose under the truck towards the rear. Do a search on here for ccv mod and you will come up with alot of writeups on that.

X2 on that, and in the OEM style they are not round, and IIRC they are triangular shaped, and also there are another 2 o-rings in the upper part with the screws.

I repleaced all of them with a regular (rounded) o-ring and not problem at all.

I would investigate something about Blow bye like this links
