egt temps
ok i am just looking to see what the highest egts should be on the 6.4L motor, im just asking due to the active regens cause on my 6.0L the high for egts was 1250F. is it the same or diffrent. also what is the norm temps for, ECT, EOT, BOOST, EGT, Volts, TQ slip, TRANS TEMP, and how often are regens. thanks

I have the Edge Insight (as do you I think, based on your ohter post). My EGTs (EFT F I think is the parameter) will run from 400 coasting down a hill to 1200-1300 pulling a trailer up hill, and they change fast on the Insight. As far as ECT, mine runs between 194-198 not towing. EOT should be within a couple degress of ECT, from what I've read. Volts about 14.23. Trans temp will vary based on wither you're towing or not, but unloaded mine runs around 165. (I haven't towed since November, so I'm not sure what it was for all the reading towing...sorry). I have no clue what the numbers displayed for TQ slip mean, other than once you're cruising, it get real close to zero, so I'd appreciate info on that as well....
