Actually, I did not order the bedliner. I am adding a Linex bedliner and it will be color matched to the truck. I did this on my 2008 King Ranch and I liked it real well. I did order the rapid heat. I had it on my 08 and it worked well for me on cold winter mornings.

Thank you for your information, but....
All these tracking suggestions work well, if you have a Dealer/Salesperson who puts their "Customer First, Last and Always". In most cases you are only part of a monthly commission check nothing more nothing less. Having to literally beg for information. In my opinion some sales people feel that followup and assistance during the order process what not part of the original deal and we need to pay extra.
