Rotor warp problem

Rotor warp problem
Here is the problem as i drive down the rode it seems to feel like i feel every bump in the road not like the smooth ride i have had before on my 06 SCREW 2wd.
I know that there is some warpage in my front rotors but not to bad, I just had the front tires balanced shocks still seem to be holding up. steering still feels tight not loose.
would the warpage cause the movement and bump feeling even if i am not on the brakes or anybody have any ideas?
Any help would be appreciated?
