I have an 03 6.0 F-350, I was running the truck all day. I pulled into the driveway and shut the truck off. Half hour later I whent to start it and it wouldn't. It would not turn over fast enough to start. I put some jumper cables on it and it didn't help. I took the batteries out and had them load tested and they where showing 875 cold cranking amps apiece and tested good. I then thought maybe the starter is bad. Pulled the starter and replaced it with a new one and it did not help. It was still cranking slow. I had it towed to the Ford dealer. They said they have it on the battery charger and that I should drop 2 new batteries in it. I just put new batteries in January of 2009 and they tested fine. Does any one have any idea what the problem could be? Has anyone every experienced anything like this?
Thanks for any help in advance.

There is a no-start troubleshooting thread near the top in the Tech Folder.
No-start conditions can be caused by a lot of things (they are all discussed in the thread mentioned above). You did some troubleshooting, but there is a lot more to do before even making an educated guess.
Just as important to checking the electrical system, one of the first things to do is to verify whether or not it is getting fuel.
Sensors are potential issues - specifically a failing ICP w/ a 2003 year model.
The next area is oil (both high pressure and low pressure).
