You'll need to install some support for the shoulder harness; most have installed plate steel behind the seat in cab corners.
I haven't bought the seatbelts yet but I think what I have installed is going to work. I still need to fasten supports on the floor, for the end that fits into the buckle.
Steel was broke at 1" intervals, from a carboard template I made.
You can get the mounts from classic haulers I just put mine in yeaterday in the 52 and they work fine. You can bolt them in or weld them in. They will make them for what ever truck you are putting them in.
I bought belts from Juliano's, along with the install kit. My upper mount is very similar to Willards. 10 gauge cold rolled, tucked inside the door jam, and welded to the jam and window supports. The Juliano's upper mount is welded behind the 10 gauge. I measured the height of the mount in my suburban for a guide, then mocked it up in my truck. I changed the height slightly, then had my wife try it. Moved it again.
