So, via search on this site and google, I see a gajillion places that claim to have carpets for my 76. Anyone know a place (preferably somewhere they've ordered from) that sells good form fit carpets?
Mine doesn't really need to be replaced but I'm re-painting the whole truck and may need a different color... Plus, after all these years, it's looking fairly rough.
Sorry if I overlooked a common question, I just couldn't find what I was looking for.
Let me know what you guys have used! Obviously I could fit any carpet in there, but I'd like to have some fitted carpet. If I have to, I'll fit my own but I'd rather not.
I guess that's what I'm left with, although that may be a blessing as I'm not cornered into a certain color. I've done flooring for quite some time and fitting carpet to the cab won't be a problem, but I would have like to have had something more 'factory direct', you know?

i concur that would be convenient, ill let you know if i come across anything
Guess I could also say my trade is IT and I want to turn it into the Delorean but honestly I'm spending a bunch of money to drive it through the sticks here in Oklahoma. I just remember as a kid that cut carpet annoyed the hell out of me.
Do a search on carpet, there several companys offering formed carpet, but some are better than others from what I have read.
That's exactly what i've heard, I just don't know the some from the "better than others" - that's why I was asking anyone who has new flooring in their 73-79 for the fit, form, quality, etc. Not really interested in buying junk.
