Hey guys i need you help once again... Its a 96 5.8 sport Bronco. Where is the TFI located it is not bolted to the dist. I read on a previous post it was on the fender well driver side. I am not seeing it there. And my chiltons just says it is bolted to the Dist. Anyone have a pic of it located on the fender or anything.
Thanks
Diggum
Diggum,
Mine is on the verticle portion of the inner fender behind the wheel well immediately in front of the firewall. It is set into a large aluminum heat sink. The SPOUT connector is (obviously) nearby in line in the wiring harness running to it. If you follow the main wiring harness from the engine around the power distribution box (all the relays and fuses under the hood) part of that harness should run straight to the module.
