UPGRADES? 95 PSD

Looking at doing some upgrades to the truck that aren't going to break my bank acct. 95 PSD 4x4 auto EC mostly stock except my 6637 filter change-over. Everything else is stock. What would help me get more power pulling my 7500 travel trailer. The only problem I have towing is if I don't get a run at a steep grade then the truck lugs down. If I get a run at it no problem. I don't have any gauges yet. Should I do a DP and 4' exhaust? Do I need a tuner?

You should get a pyro and trans temp guage before a chip. If you get those guages and the three things you mentioned you'll be a lot happier.

Exhaust, gauges, tuner, in that order. Then you can keep going if you want- bigger injectors, intercooler, bigger turbo...
