Wipers won't work

Here's some diagrams for a 2001. I couldn't get the 2002 to come up.

Looks like from the switch, if you took and jumped the pink/yellow wire and the darkblue wire together, the wipers should go to high speed. If they did, I would suspect the switch.
Here's a diagram of the wiring from the GEM to the wiper motor. One of the fuses is in the underdash fuse box (the 30 amp) and the other is in the underhood fuse box (the 10 amp). There are also relays located in the underhood fuse box.
