Left turn - no windshield wipers

Left turn - no windshield wipers

When the windshield wipers are on and I put the left turn signal on the wipers stop. Once the turn signal is off the wipers go back on.

Any suggestions

does it have a "all-in-one" switch for the wipers and turn signal on the steering column? if so, I'd start looking there.
