multiple misfire

Hi , what can i do??
I have multiple misfire always in pairs
misfire number 4 and misfire number 9 sometimes misfire number 5
I have changed the coils , the boots , and spark plugs, the engine runs rough at 1500 rpm
any ideas???

Ben around water/rain much? If so, thoroughly blow around the plugs to get rid of all of it...
