The 66 trucks as designed did have the pull for wash type window washer switch as Bill mentioned...yours just has one that used a leftover 65 cab it sounds like.

F10 = F100 model, 1/2 ton, 2wd.

Y = engine code, 352 V8 with a 2-barrel carb

D = assembly plant code, assembled in Dallas, TX

873265 = consecutive build number. Your truck was assembled in June, 1966.

If you provide the information from the Warranty Data Plate - the metal plate located on the side of the driver's door, below the latch - then we can decode more information on how your truck was equipped when it was assembled (assuming it is the original door).

I am not sure we changed subjects. Your album says you have a '74 F250. You might get an answer in the '73-'79 forum.

By the way the switches look to have been added. Not sure what they are for, maybe aux lights?
