2004 F-150 Steering Issues

I have a 04 F150 4x4 with a steering issue. I replaced the PWR steering pump about a year ago and now the steering is doing the same thing again. There is a clicking noise in the column and it feels like I am loosing PWR steering. The pump in not making any noise, the belt is new and tight. Does anyone have ideas.. Thanks for your help.

Have you cleaned and lubed the steering knuckle?
