Do at least the Oil Cooler Seals and the Thermostat if it's been setting that long.
Massey won't go 'eh? Yeah, I had the same problem when I went to pull a 7.3 with my Wagner FEL on my 9N. Just wouldn't budge it. I ended up raising the bucket and using it as a place to hang my chain falls from. It would hold static, but just couldn't lift that bad boy 7.3. Physics sucks.

Just an update, i decided to get the other engine running in the other truck thats been setting for 9 years, i put the IP and DPS stage 1 injectors in it, and primed the fuel and gave a tiny shot of either and it fired up just like it had been shut of yesterday and it set 9 years ans was never even turned over, ran pretty decent and didnt smoke that bad either
