Question Oil Temp Sensor?

hey guys..
just got a 3 in 1 gauge set-up. boost egt and temp. i have a manual so i wanted to use the temp for oil temp, but where would i put it. i dont want to drill a hole and tap it. is there a fitting somewhere i could screw the probe into? im sure some one has done this. if there is something easier, let me know...

Chris...I have read here where folks put that sensor where the plug is on the oil filter housing. There is a plug on the side of it.

I'm pretty sure its a 1/8 NPT plug in it now, most sensors are the same.

There is a plug in there now.I think it is 1/8 NPT,check it out.I bet you can tell by looking at at.Depending on what size your probe is you may need a bushing.

Lets see if this pic works. I'm putting my oil temp sensor where the left line is, right above the oil filter.

stock trucks don't have those lines, those lines are for an oil bypass system.
