I used this setup on my wheeling truck: Ford Sterling Disc Brake Bracket, '84-'94 [Sterling] - $50.00
$50 for the brackets, $60 a piece for the rotors(96 E350,) and $32 a piece for the Chevy calipers loaded, I didn't bother with a parking brake as the truck has never had one.
If a person was creative, you could probably adapt the entire E-350 setup and use the drum in hat parking brake that the rotors are set up for.
I can't tell you how good they do or don't work, as the truck still isn't finished... LOL
