Do you have a scroll wheel on your mouse? If you scroll down that should do it, or they should have a + and a - button on the screen, the - is for zoom out until the area you want is shown

here's a picture of what it looks like if this helps, you should see this between the map and the list of the names in the upper left corner of the map itself
