Hazard flasher location

I cannot find the flasher unit for the 4 ways in my 1991 F250. Unless if it share the relay unit with the turn signal flasher. I found the turn signal unit. Per the Chiltons manual it is either on the back side of the fuse block or under the instrument panel. It is definitely not on the fuse block. I cannot find what looks like the typical flasher unit, round can. Help anyone.

Thx Pat

Standard method... turn on flashers.. and hear the click...

It should be right where the brake pedal is.. on its own mounting.

I have two 1989 f250's, and the 4 way flasher is mounted on a bracket up high over passenger side kickpanel. Up on the right side of the glovebox. It's hard to see.
