New exhaust

Ok, today i installed the new intake 6637 and a mbrp 4in turbo back exhaust. My question is should my cab be a little louder with the new exhaust and should i feel a little more vibration in the cab. My thoughts are that the bigger down pipe causes this, but maybe I don't have it hooked up right.

If your downpipe is 4" then it's probably hitting the firewall. You'll need to massage the firewall so the engine and downpipe movements don't hit it.

I'm not sure because it doesn't seem to be touching. It my be hitting a little bit, but i have felt the down pipe while someone revs the throttle and the down pipe does not vibrate at all.

Is it a 4 inch downpipe or 3"? if you got an MBRP kit then its probably a 3" but like said before, it could be hitting the firewall when your driving and not moving when your just sitting still and revving the motor.

opps ya it's a 3in down pipe. I just took it for a drive and wow it has more power, but the cab at an idle does vibrate and when driving the the cab is louder inside. Is this typical or is this because it is hitting the firewall? It seems really really close to the firewall, but i'm not sure that its actually hitting. I just don't want to go through all of the trouble of taking the exhaust off again if this is normal.
