No big secret I have not been on much, alot of crap going on with non payment from contractors and putting me in such a bind the last few months the mother-in-law has had to help out, (WHICH STINKS LIKE YOU JUST DON'T KNOW) and she lets everyone know she is doing it. Tried putting in about 30 different applications wth one response, but not sure if they can pay what I need to make it, but I'll go lower and change some habits around if need be, not That big of a deal, haven't felt like being real social lately so for those I don't answer sorry, If I don't find work soon, it's going to be me printing out a bunch of flyers and having me and the wife and maybe Bri go door to door, then I'll just get the hell out of commercial unless they pay me a percentage up front because I'll be damed if I am goinf to fund anybody's job for them again, really sucks it's illegal for me to take my plumbing back but if I default on a car they can come take it out of my private property, Maybe I'll become a lobbist for small business to get some GD respect since we are the ones funding the country with the highest percentage of jobs and revenue, I fell like taking a bat across some of these contractors heads, and I've heard that won't solve anything but you know what, It would sure solve a bunch of pent up aggression I have ha ha ha ha. just been down because I've always been the one with the answers and at this point in time I don't have any, makes a mans head hang a little low, Thanks for the listnig to the rant. ya'll have a good night

Robert I'm sorry to hear all that. It is a bunch of bs that there isn't anything you can do about it. Man I wish there was somthing I could do to help. I do have a really good lawyer that's a close friend. If that would help any. Keep your head up man it will work out in the end.

Guess why I had to get up early today....

(All you guys with dirty minds are wrong...)

Dawn woke me up today in the wee hours of the morning (8am!!!) to inform me that the garage door was broken. It opened fine but would not close.

So, I crawled out of bed, and wandered out to the garage. Only to find that a spider wove a spider web over the sensor that tells the door if there is something in the way. So the door opened fine, but the spiderweb made the sensor tell the door not to close. One quick sweep of a broom and the door closed like normal.

The sad part of this story is, I could not get back to sleep. So now, I'm a zombie. Half awake, half a sleep, believing Bill Clinton's stories. (Just kidding... I'll never be that far gone...)

What a way to start a day.

Timothy

Tim, My dog wakes me up all the time in the middle of the night. Drives me nutts because it takes me so long to get back to sleep. She's lucky I don"t have night vision on my rifle.

Pretty good Scotty. Slow tomorrow at work so I"m taking the day off. If everything goes to plan I'll be finally be done with the bathroom remodel and stripping my deck. That will leave all weekend to work on my toys. See you're working seven days a week. Sucks to be you, but I bet that paycheck makes it worth it.

It does suck and no the paycheck didn't change. I'm on salary, but the company is talking about taking me off of the rigs and sending me to Canada to get training on some of the equipment we have. They might just make me a full time mechanic. It will be a nice change to be at the house most nights.
