hopefully i didnt come off as a dick in that post. But i just wanted to show that dont always jump to conclusions on things.

Well if you think about it we all have frankentrucks with our 05 front ends and everything else lol. Nah you didn't come across to strong.

Looks like a late 99 to me. The intake tube going to the filter is longer, and the turbo/spider doesn't look early (from what I can see of it). But I've never seen a regular cab Lariat either.

This is actually very true. and sometimes they are frankentrucks from ford.

Which leads me to believe that my truck was built on a monday. When i put my cab lights on i figured out the hard way that i dont have lighted vanity mirrors on my lariat.
