easiest way is to sign up with webshots which is free and upload them into albums on there. Then right click the picture you want to share here, copy it and paste them here. That would be the easiest way. plus then you always have your pictures backed up on webshots so you can post them easier if you need to again.

open a photobucket account and upload your pics there
when you reply hit "go advanced"
open photobucket in a different window
(when you load your pics at PB you'll see a drop down menu under your pics)
Copy the direct link
come back here and click "instert image" above (looks like a pic of mountains)
Paste the direct link where it asks for the HTTP
click ok
move the cursor to end of words and hit space or enter otherwize it's real easy to screw it up
