Ford made push-button door handles for 73-79 f-series trucks, they are called f600, f700, etc. I have them on my Bronco, I modified the rear f350 doors to accept the push button units. The easiest way to do the mod is get the doors from a f600, they are identical except for the handles and mirror holes. The handles are not the same as the 67-72's. I have a few extra pairs laying around if you want to modify your doors and use mine. You will need to dremel out a different shape hole in the door, and weld in the old lift hanle holes.
